‘Walking like Christ, Equipped to Live like Christ, and Sent to Work for Christ’
The Real Deal...
Metro North Church’s Men’s Ministry has five types of men in mind in whom we are desiring to reach:
- Men who need a relationship with Christ.
- Men on the fringe (Matthew 13:21).
- Men who are disciples or want to be.
- Men who are leaders, or want to be (2 Timothy 2:2).
- Men who are hurting (Galatians 6:2)
What we are we doing?
- Being purpose driven rather than event driven.
- Being relationship based rather than task-oriented.
- Calling men to a challenge.
- Making disciples and praying for workers.
- Showing men Christ versus fixing their behavior.
- Investing in men who will invest in others

How we are doing it?
We encourage Five Goals and Five Responsibilities for every man built upon Three Components.
Over the years we have discovered five things a man can do to keep his life on track. These five disciplines in no way earn salvation, but they are wise. The man who wants to know God will put himself in the way of falling more deeply in love with Jesus.
Five Goals are:
- A consistent quiet time.
- An organized Bible study.
- An accountability group.
- Active church involvement.
- A personal ministry
Five Responsibilities Of Every Man.
Every man must be taught that he must take personal responsibility for his own private life in five areas:
- His walk with God.
- His relationship with his wife.
- His relationship with his children.
- His personal finances.
- His health
These Five Goals and Five Responsibilities are accomplished through the Three Components of our Men’ Ministry:
