The Encore Ministry group is planning an outing on Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 3:00pm-5:30pm. They will be going to see an exciting play entitled "A Christmas Story" at the Summerville Flowertown Players Community Theatre. The cost is $22.00 per person. Join your Metro North Family for Christmas Caroling on Saturday, December 23 beginning at 9:00 a.m. through 11:30 a.m.. This event is for all ages from the littlest ones to our mature adults and everyone in between. We will begin by meeting in Room 7 at 9 a.m. for some quick instructions and practice and then venture out to minister to our members. Please RSVP to attend at the ministry table in the back of the church. Even if you don't sing we still need navigators, musicians, and photographers. Mark your calendar now so you don't miss out on all the family fun.
If you love to play Bunco, here's your chance! The Encore Ministry will be meeting to enjoy a game of Bunco and enjoy some snacks on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, from 12:00pm-2:30pm at Metro North. Please email Sallie at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to attend. There will be door prizes and five categories in which you can win, If you have never played Bunco but have always wanted to learn, this will be the time to learn. There will be experienced players to help you out and you will be playing partners. It is a very easy, fun game. I guarantee there will be miles of smiles and lots of laughing and giggling. The cost is $5.00 to play and everyone is asked to bring a snack to share. Drinks will be provided.
